Specialties such as salade vosgienne, pâté lorrain, beignets râpés, tofailles, andouille du Val d’Ajol, tête de veau, mirabelles, miel, bonbons des Vosges, etc… will delight your taste buds. Learn the techniques of brewing the beer “La Vosgienne”, visit the production site of the “perlé de rhubarb”, and visit a snail farm followed by a tasting at the end of each visit.
