Discover a savoir-faire
Discover the starch making activity which was widespread in the Vosges in the 19th and 20th centuries. Learn the different stages of processing the potato so that starch is produced before ending this visit with a tasting of a snack originally flavoured. It consists of pastry made from starch. The Gentrey Mill is open from March to October. Extra charge of 3.50€ per person for the snack. Possibility to have lunch at the Mill.
