Travelling by car
Bains-les-Bains is 30 kilometres away from Épinal and Remiremont, about a 45-minute drive. Follow the national road N57 towards Épinal, then take the departmental roads, D434 and D164. For spa clients coming from the north or west of France take the motorway Paris-Nancy and then join the N57 to Épinal. For those coming from the south, head to Besançon before taking the N57 north to Épinal.
Travelling by train
Bains-les-Bains has an SNCF train station. However, the TGV (high speed train) from Paris arrives in Épinal or Remiremont, not in Bains-les-Bains. Taxis can be booked to take you to the spa from these two main stations. SNCF offers a luggage service: they can ship your luggage from your home to your destination and on the return trip as well, if you wish so. Travelling by plane
Three airports are located near the town of Bains-les-Bains. In the Vosges, there is the Mirecourt airport (from Nice). It is 40 kilometres away from Bains-les-Bains and has a shuttle bus that goes to the spa. There is also the Nancy-Metz regional airport which is 139 kilometres away from Bains-les-Bains, and the Bâle-Mulhouse airport which is about 145 kilometres away.
For transport from the airport, do not hesitate to book a taxi before your arrival. But also think about carpooling, which allows you to share the cost of travelling in a friendly atmosphere.
