Ideally located in the city centre of Épinal, the Champ de Mars turns into a true village in September, in order to welcome all the stallholders of Saint Maurice funfair.
Accessible for everyone, by foot, bike or car!
By foot, from the city centre, along the right side of the Moselle River, you will walk past the prefecture (Rue Gambetta). From there you will notice the Jardin du Cours which is right next to the Champ de Mars. Coloured club flags will lead the way.
By public transport, take the electric shuttle from the city centre; it is free and accessible from several places of the city centre:
- Place Pinot
- Quai des bons enfants (facing the stationer’s Concorde)
- Rue Léopold bourg (facing Monoprix)
- Place Georgin (facing the covered market)
By car, several car parks will allow you to access the Champ de Mars easily. Not too far from there is the parking de la Louvière, with 140 spots and free parking.
Only a few steps away, the carrière Collot has many free spots too, as well as the Roseraie, old public library with 100 spots for parking.
Finally, several car parks which will charge you are also available, at the marché couvert and rue Saint-michel (more information and prices at https://www.q-park.fr).
